These terms govern your use of ResultsAce, operated by ResultsAce Pte Ltd, Singapore. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.
What ResultsAce is
ResultsAce is an online learning platform. In this version it covers IGCSE Economics, with more subjects and levels planned. It provides lessons, flashcards, practice questions, practice papers, AI-assisted marking, and a parent progress dashboard.
Who can use it
ResultsAce is for parents and guardians, who agree to these terms on behalf of themselves and their minor child, and for the children they add. Children access the platform only through a parent-created profile.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download content; reverse-engineer the platform; or use the AI grading feature for anything other than the child's own learning. Automated or abusive use may lead to suspension.
About AI grading
Answers are graded by an AI examiner against the relevant mark scheme, to the best of its ability. Grades and feedback are for practice and are advisory only. They are not official results and do not predict or replace Cambridge examination outcomes, which come solely from Cambridge Assessment International Education.
Content and ownership
Cambridge syllabus references and practice papers are used for educational purposes; practice papers are used after their examination session. ResultsAce's own lessons, flashcards, and explanations are owned by ResultsAce. You keep ownership of the answers your child writes.
Pricing
ResultsAce is free during the alpha period. If we introduce paid plans, we will update these terms and give notice before any charge applies.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers and liability
ResultsAce is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. (This section is subject to legal review.)
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give 30 days' notice by email and an in-app notice, and ask signed-in users to review the update.
